My pup had an infection near his paw that was not healing, and he was in a cone for almost three weeks before I got frustrated enough to find an alternative solution. The poor guy obviously didn't like the cone, and I didn't like that he couldn't eat, drink, or climb the stairs, so I'd have to keep taking it on and off.
